The condition of the people is such that everyone is dancing to the tunes of the illusions. We are all taking inspirations from the biggest betrayer called maya (illusion). We are surrounded by the four agents (time, work, attitude and skill ) of the maya. And, the way these agents inspire us , we restlessly move in that direction. (1) Time : In their so called good times , people dont even think about the truth called God. And, in their so called bad times people just turn to God, begging for the so called good times again.” Sukh mein sumiran na kiya, dukh mein kiya yaad; kahe kabir ta das ki kaun sune fariyaad” . (2) Work: People are stuck in the deceiving quotes such as ” Work is worship” (this quote must have been made  by a selfish employer). Therefore, thinking in this way people give more than required importance to their wordly work, instead of quenching their required spiritual thirst. (3) Attitude : People take pride in their attitude, say if somebody is angry by nature, he or she is always  engaged in getting angry over petty matters. And, (4) Skill : People are stuck in their skills, say if someone can sing well, he or she just dont want to think or talk beyond singing. Therefore, although people give importance to these agents of maya, but these agents never give importance to people, these are just luring people away from their true purpose in life, which is to “ know thyself ” through satsang and meditation.
