Buddhinath Baba of nepal….Says “SAnt Ravidas use to make footwear, but he used to make just two pairs each day…….by selling those, half of the earnings he would keep for his own sustenance and the other half for serving guests……………….therefore by working less ……rest of the big chunk of time he would be in the bliss of meditation : )”…………………and people say they dont have time for satsang and meditation.

Sadhguru maharshi mehi paramhans ji has said,
“dridh bhajan dhan hee khaas ho, fir traas kyaa rahe.” [no afflictions will worry you, if you have earned and amassed the treasure of intense devotion.]
People are burning in the fire of jealousy and hatred. We must start putting the water of love to cool us and others. We must STOP telling lies, stealing, intoxications, non veg food and wrong use of sex. We must earn our food, through some pure work. We all must do daily satsang and meditation, therefore we will all be able to feel the true bliss.
Since death is certain and it may happen any moment, we must be ready with our baggage of daily satsang and meditation. One who does daily satsang and meditation, is happy now and after death. Whereas, one who is running after maya (illusions) are unhappy forever. Just like if we put our hands on fire, we will feel the heat and pain. Similarly, people are doing wrong things and therefore crying.

“ On Spiritual health depends the health of the body and the mind ”
If we are spiritually healthy through satsangs and meditations , then as a side effect we will automatically find ourselves healthy with respect to body and mind. Its so becoz its the soul which is giving power to the body and the mind and not the other way round. And , satsang and meditation are the food for the soul. Once the soul gets its food it can function in its full capacity and therby giving great powers to the body and the mind.
Doing satsang and meditation also makes our work life better. We will have good relation with our boss. And, our effeciency of working will increase manyfold. We will be able to do more work in less time and we will make lesser mistakes. We will also find that we are more calm while working therefore we will be able to take better decisions in our work. Suddenly we will find all good ideas are coming to us automatically : )
Fulfilling our work demands honestly, sincerely and efficiently we will therefore find more time for more satsang and meditation (celebration : )
