If you are not aware, you will be used by world and then thrown in the dustbin. Like the “pattal” (plates made by leaves), we are used by the world. When a fresh “pattal” is made, it is given great respect by the world because it will be used to serve food. Now, when the food is served on the pattal, people will respect and love the pattal even more and the pattal will think as if it is a king, and no sooner the food is eaten up, the pattal would find itself in the dustbin. So, if you follow the world blindly, you will will be accepted, respected,appreciated etc. by the world till they find your use and as soon as you are used, they will throw you in the dustbin. So beware of the ways of the world. Spend time for your own work (satsang , meditation and celebration of your existence : )

People are living in this world as if they are going to stay here forever. They dont even think twice that they will have to leave everything and die. People are making big bunglows and decorating it with whole lots of expensive things. But its so sad that they will leave everything here only and go away empty handed. So, its the height of foolishness that people are believing the foreigh land as their own. This is the biggest illusion people have fallen into. In our temporary stay here , we must not think it as our home, its the land of maya (illusions) , everything here are set for making a fool out of us. Saints guide us that we should not keep attachment with this temporary home. We need to get aware of our real home and therby move towards that by taking inspiration form the life of all saints : ) “jani lipto re pyare , jag pardeshwa, sukh kuchu ehwa nahin” “yeh pardeshwa , kaal ko bheswa, jo re aawe dukh pahni “sudhi karo pyare ho apan desh ke, jaha kaleswa kachu nahin” —- Maharshi mehi paramhansa ji maharaj . Here the saint explains “o dear , this world is foreign land, we should not get attached to it, here there is no happiness. This world belongs to “kaal”, whoever comes here gets sorrow. Get aware of your own home (soul’s home ), where there is no misery of dehik (of body) , daivik (natural calamities) and bhautik ( poverty).
